Returns & Refunds

All US Printing Press items are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, color preferences, or ordering the wrong size or option.

If your item arrives damaged, email customerservice@usprintingpress.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will review the damage and offer a replacement or refund.

Please do not mail an item back without contacting us first. If we need the damaged item returned, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping.

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us at the same email address so we can correct the order at no cost to you.

Minor visible layer lines and small variations in finish are normal characteristics of 3D printed products.

When a refund is approved, we will issue it to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

For orders placed on Etsy, please contact us through your Etsy order.
