These terms apply to purchases made through usprintingpress.com.

US Printing Press makes 3D printed products. Please review the product description, dimensions, colors, and options before ordering. Screen colors may differ from the finished item, and minor visible layer lines and small variations in finish are normal.

For a personalized item, please check all names, text, and other details you provide. If we send you a design proof, we will make the item based on the proof you approve. By submitting a logo, image, or other artwork, you confirm that you have permission for us to use it to fulfill your order.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is due when you place your order.

Processing times are estimates of the time needed to make an item before shipment. Delivery estimates are separate. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you about the delay and give you the option to accept a new shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Please provide an accurate shipping address and contact us promptly if it needs correction.

All items are final sale. We offer a refund or replacement if an item arrives damaged, as explained on our Returns & Refunds page. If we send an item different from what you ordered, contact us so we can correct the order at no cost to you.
